I hope everyone is having a relaxing weekend! My kiddos are out and about with Daddy and I'm home finishing some sewing projects, preparing my monthly newsletter and re-arranging some wall decor today. My great grandma was an avid owl collector for many decades and I have a lot of her funny heirloom owls to find spot for.
Speaking of owls, today I want to introduce you all to my sponsor, Vintage Virtue. This online boutique specializes in vintage decor, accessories and collectables with a large selection of vintage owls in The Owl Lady Collections
Owls were the "it" thing to collect in the 60s and 70s and they've made their way back into the spotlight in the past several years. Here are a few of my favorites from Vintage Virtue

How terrifically cute!!! I adore a good owl themed item or piece of jewelry, too. I always associate owls with both Brownies (as in Girl Guides/Scouts, not the delicious chocolate dessert :)) and fall time, when their image really begins to grace festive decor near and far.
