Depends on you to do his thinking!
Just a public service announcement because I love you guys- have a happy and safe New Year's Eve.
If you find yourself celebrating a little too much, call on AAA's tipsy tow program to bring you and your car home safely, free of charge- even if you're not a AAA member. I think it's so awesome that they do this!! See the AAA Newsroom for a list of participants in your area and save a phone number to your cell phone- just in case!
I'll be partying hard at work tonight, with some good movies, coffee and a new knitting project from the shop- see you all in 2013!

Have a safe and wonderful New Year's Eve, Brittany! xo
ReplyDeleteI'm fortunate. If I choose to overindulge, I always have a safe ride, my hubby is clean and sober. Lots of cities will also have at least one of thier local cab companies offering free rides on New Years for folks too tipsy to drive.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Brittany!
Great post! Staying home and off the roads. Hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI'm staying firmly in bed, thankfully. I hope you and yours have a wonderful 2013 x
ReplyDeleteI love this post hehe you are so cheeky! Happy New Year!!! xox
ReplyDeleteWe used to have those "It's best that one who hits the bottle..." pack of signs along a route where I grew up in the sticks of NJ (yes NJ has the sticks - my closest friend was a 20 minute drive away LOL) so I had to laugh when I saw that! I definitely give you two thumbs up on your post to give people a safer option rather than put lives in danger :-) I'll be going to a get-together tonight, but no drinking for me - I'm too old now and I get horrible hangovers now LOL.
ReplyDeleteI wish you all the best and I hope you have a wonderful new year! :-)

Staying in tonight watching Doctor Who. Happy New Year Brittany!
ReplyDeleteVery thoughtful post, dear Brittany. I'm neither a drinker nor much of a party goer, so I'm happy to report that I'm enjoying a peaceful New Year's Eve at home with family, precisely as I like to cap off the end of the year.
ReplyDeleteFrom the bottom of my heart, I wish you and your family an awesome, joyful, healthy, prosperous, and super fun filled 2013!!!
