Sara says,
"At Desert Lily Vintage we love the carefree, daring and risk taking of the 70’s and 80’s and how vintage in general allows us to dive into the past and style our lives with creative expression."
Although many vintage enthusiasts hold tight to styles from older eras, there's a lot to be said for 70's and 80's does 40s and 50's styles, which I am madly in love with. They're not as delicate as their antique counterparts and are certainly easier to wash and wear. Many of the print and details and stay true to the styles that we love in our older garments. Jessica from Chronically Vintage wrote an excellent post yesterday on why she loves 80s fashions.
Desert Lily Vintage is currently clearing winter stock with a 50% off sale and $20 international shipping. Here are a few of my favorites from Desert Lily Vintage....

That polka dot blouse is really, really sharp. I could see it being styled in a 30s, 40s, or 50s direction quite easily, just depending on the style of skirt and accessories one partnered it with.
