For a few years I've shared patterns from my collection of vintage magazines and booklets. Those stacks of crumbling paper will eventually turn to dust so I'm happy to be able to share some of my favorites with people who will enjoy them before they do! For our first pattern of the new year, I thought I'd share a favorite that I've been wanting to make for a long time. Many of my patterns are knitted but this 1950s wide metallic belt is in crochet. The pattern calls for elastic metallic thread and fastens up the front with 7 small buttons.
