The jacket has a large collar, ribbed sleeve cuffs and 6 over-sized buttons.

I don't know if I'll ever get around to knitting an entire dress but that jacket in mint green would be perfect don't you think?

You wouldn't believe how excited I was when I found this 1940 American Hairdresser magazine. Its full of beautiful setting patterns, brush outs and this one even shows photos of the hair freshly cut before being set so you can see what the haircut looks like!
I really liked the way they accessorized these styles with ribbon, flowers and even a necklace. I truly love the 1940s for their creativity in fashion and using what they had.
